This dress is gorgeous and sleek. New with tags. Shiny and pretty. Can adjust tie in the back. NOTE: There is a small stain on the front neckline that I didn’t even notice until I was making this listing because it’s so not visible when the cowl neck lays normal and creases on itself. Must have happened while it was in the store as this is never worn. It may even be easy to remove. See pictures.
