ASTR The Label Gracie Long-Sleeve Cutout Satin Midi Dress

This is an elegant ice blue dress from ASTR The Label. Size Small (please see size chart within the photos!). Could be worn to any formal occasion. For reference, I originally purchased it for a wedding, but never wound up wearing it, so it is unworn. It does have a tiny speck on the shoulder which I noted in the photos (it’s not noticeable unless you’re completely zoomed in - I noted it while steaming the garment).
