Bright, fun tropical dress. It’s one-shouldered and has a cuff that your arm goes through so the ruffle continues. It’s not very stretchy and there is a large rip in the lining which I have pictured. It’s unnoticeable from the outside. No other stains/rips/tears upon inspection. Length: 35” from top of shoulder Bust: 15”, Waist: 16 “. Waist area fits tighter than expected. Open to offers.
