Thinking fall with this one! Beautiful burnout velvet wrap dress with long sleeves. Cuffs have 3 buttons, super cute vintage detail! Sleeves are shear and the entire body is lined. I’m 5’5” and it hits a few inches below my knee. Never worn but tags removed.
