ATM Yellow SIlk Crepe Skirt

Lightly worn skirt in great condition. Missing tag but know this is from ATM. Approximately size small based on the waistband measurement (25”). Front and back near the waistband has some bunching and doesn’t look to lay completely flat (see photos). Also got 2 water marks on the skirt from steaming it (last photo).
