ATQ wool felt spats w/ leather strap

Antique felt spats with leather strap. Likely around 100 years old. Leather has some cracking but is flexible enough to make the straps usable; all buttons intact. Textile feels like wool. See third photo for use demonstration (boots not for sale). Modeled on a mens 6/womens 8, could likely fit a couple sizes larger.
