AU U WISH Black Chiffon w/Velvet Floral Mini Dress

The perfect dress for any occasion. As seen above, this dress was worn for a college semi-formal event. Pairs well with a black bootie and would look great with a pair for stockings. Dress sits right above the knee and has 3/4 length sleeves that make it very forgiving. Minor wear and tear can be referenced in images above, I used a safety pin for more closure. Such a flattering and unique piece, would love to give a new home!
