rmilb001 @shereenscott I have no idea how to measure an insole but from the the middle of the point to the end of the shoe it measured 9.75 inches. I added a photo for you to see.

rmilb001 @shereenscott for what it's worth, I'm a true 7.5 (think Ferragamo), wear a 38 in Roger Vivier, and the Balenciaga in 37.5 were a perfect fit for me.
