Hi! South sea pearls do not come in small 7-8mm sizes, they are very large pearls (at least 9-10mm), and they are not peacock colored. They come in white, golden and charcoal gray. Is it possible that these are Tahitians? Tahitians come from the Polynesian Islands and South Sea pearls come from Australia so the names are not interchangeable, they are completely different.
