tropicalmod (Comment 2/3) Over the past 3 years I’ve been recovering from a devastating separation. Literally 3 years today, Dec 31st. I lost all confidence, self-esteem, relationship with step-son, we re-homed our dog.. my whole world shattered. This year I’m stepping into a new version of myself. I have a trip planned to Europe, and when I saw this jacket, I envisioned myself walking the streets of Paris. It felt very aspirational — confident, classy, independent, beautiful — all the ways I want to feel.

tropicalmod (Comment 3/3) I know this is TMI. And a jacket doesn’t define my self-worth, but there’s something about this one that I really felt connected with. Maybe so I could have this experience of self-discovery, which I am so grateful for! I don’t know how this works, but if the purchaser would like to pass to allow me to buy it or if this resonates, I’d happily offer $734, a dollar for every sec between the accepted offer and mine.
