It is Vintage . They are women size 50. It is apprx US size 14. Please check the measurements. Have few light marks / stains inside that look from washing. Have few marks on the bottom. They are open , not sewn at the bottoms therefore can be made the desired length. They need ironing. They measure Waist 17" (half) hips 19.5" (half) Length 45" ( open , needs to be sewn) Width at the very bottom 10.5" (half)
