I purchased this from a sample sale in 2011. It’s windbreaker that can be worn as a vest that’s why there is an opening near the sleeves. Needs to be cleaned and there’s white stains on one arm/sleeve. The trimming on the collar is coming off. Size medium women’s. Smoke free/pet/odors free home.
