Authentic Saint Laurent West Hollywood Bag. It is authentic and comes with original dust bag. I purchased at Saint Laurent myself a few years ago. I maybe carried it 10x. It is a great bag for a trip as it has hidden compartment and adjustable strap that could be made to be a crossbody. It is pebbled black leather with black hardware. I would say a size Medium.
