Vintage black dress with flower pattern design with a slip under it to prevent see through. Elastic waist skirt like dress with the top part falling casually like a shirt. No garment tag but the material feels like linen material. Still has the shoulder pads. Can be styled with pearls or a nice collar dress it up or dress it down is totally up to you. tag size 10 true to size * does have the vintage scent I advise to be dry cleaned before wearing.
