AUW Floral dress with Ruched top and lined bottom

Absolutely love this dress but it was too short on me. Bought it secondhand but it’s in like-new condition. Measurements shown in photo. There are just a few loose threads at the top but they are not noticeable (I could barely get them in the photo) and don’t affect the quality or strength of the fabric.
