This is a beautifully made dress! You can wear it with or without straps. the tag with the size is missing but I would say this is a medium. A.U.W brand. Great color combo! Very flowy, 3/4 sleeves with ties on the side of the sleeves (see pic). It’s a very different boutique style dress.
