This skirt has a wide waist band, and is used as a high waist skirt. Although, if u prefer, u may certainly slide to your hips!! Anyway, this skirt is so unique because its a nice, flowy material, yet, on the left side, has multiple tiers of ruffling material (same feel as the rest of the skirt)....but ruffles, short-medium-larger, and then throws in a nice twist with a few "fly away" strands of material, that go down the thigh, completing the asymmetrical look. Def a head turner! NWT 💋💋💋
