emdeaz @katsumi1970 it's not make up, it's a small spec of pen ink. I have not tried to clean it, but It will come off I just haven't tried. I wore the jacket one time. It's clean. The sleeve cuffs are not dirty, it was the camera and the reflection, but I guarantee there is nothing major and the dirt on the shoulder is zoomed in.
