Brand new. With tags! Navy blue maxi dress. Bought about 8 years ago to be a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding. And then they decided to not have a wedding! I believe this was actually listed as a prom dress though. This dress feels heavy. Has a double layer as well. No flying away or see through action here! Measurements are taken while laying flat.
