k10christensen @annamtuck Thanks for your interest in this coat. I would say it is a cold season coat. I wore it for several winter seasons in Chicago -commuting to work on the bus. Like any cold weather coat, during a freezing cold snap, I would layer underneath. WRT sizing, I would say it is true-to-size regular (not slim -which never works for me) fit.
