New without tags. Purchased over the summer and never worn. I have 2 long sleeved versions of this fabric blend and really love it. It’s very easy to care for, not as delicate as pure silk, and wrinkles steam out easily (have also washed on delicate cycle without any issues). The color is a beautiful bright but soft green, white small white dots. It’s not quite as see through as shown in some of the photos. Size is medium but runs kind of small. Approx measurements when laid flat: Shoulder to shoulder 16” Bust: 21” Length from shoulder: 25”
