kimmtay @serenavogel018 I feel like they are true to size. They fit me well last year, but since I lost weight (10 pounds) they are too big on me now. They have a little bit of stretch. If you have a pair of jeans with the same rise, just measure the waist on them and compare that to the waist measurement on these.
