This is a exquisitely designed dress with a rounded neck and cut-in sides. The top is made of black Moire fabric with a drop waist. The bottom is a mixture of unique fabric layers made of a combination of alternating pleated black silk and black lace and brown silk with sequined appliqués other detailing include grosgrain ribbon and silk looping threads with sequins. Great detailing. The waist drops 18”; the length is 35”, the bust 17”. Never worn.
