These booties are brand new with tags, I purchased them not realizing they run small. They are listed as a size 10 but the website recommended going up a size so I would recommend these shoes to someone who wears a size 9. Also, these are NOT Fuchsia as the description says, they are red, blue and green as pictured. Amazingly cute booties!
