This dress is perfect if you're between sizes or if you're a bit bigger/wider up-top than bottom half and you don't want to pay for alterations (can sometimes cost more than the dress!) This dress is not altered. I am a 36 (usually a size 4 would fit) around the top and a true size 2 in the bottom. The top is soo adjustable because of the tie-up style. Very flattering.
