raquelh1 betts hello how are you? The dress arrived and you know the zipper doesn't go up from the middle up, it gets stuck there and it doesn't go up.

kbettineschi @raquelh1 hi! If it’s anything like the other Azazie dress I have you just need to give it a little more effort towards the ribbon in the middle. Hold onto the top of the dress to make it easier to pull the zipper all the way up. I think they design it that way to be more secure.
