Aakaa Smocked Off the Shoulder Dress

Smocked floral off the shoulder dress. It's a red, black, green and yellow floral pattern and has a small front slit. I am 5,9 and it is the perfect length in flats. To wear with heels, it would be better to be a bit shorter than that! I am a size 6 with a medium sized chest, but because of the smocking, this dress could work for sizes 6 or 8 equally well.
