Aaron & Amber tiered smocked maxi dress SIZE M

This has never been worn. There is one small mark on the back of the smocking. It is not a stain it is I believe discoloration of the actual fabric. I tried to remove it, but I could not get it to come out so I want to make you aware of that. Otherwise, the dress is in new condition. The straps are adjustable Measurement line flat unstretched is 12 1/2 inches. From the middle top of the chest to the bottom of the dress is 40 inches
