NWOT Abercrombie black flowery off the shoulder blouse with arm slits Marked as Abercrombie kids 15/16 but fits as a 0 -Waist 20” -Shoulders measured flat are 12” but it’s an elastic collar so it stretches very easily -shoulder to arm is 20” but it’s elastic cuffs too (meant to be worn as more of a 3/4 sleeve) - (2) slits fall slightly below shoulder and just above the elbow -double layer of fabric Shoulder to bottom is 21.5”
