31 inches from top of strap to bottom of skirt and straps are also adjustable. 15 inches pit to pit. the waist is fitted and not stretchy, and since it has built-in shorts, and has to be pulled up instead of over. better for someone with smaller thighs/hips/butt. for reference, my quads are 25 inches and my glutes are 42 inches and i couldn’t get it up my legs.
