Abercrombie & Fitch BLUE tiered short dress, size XSP

Beautiful blue tiered short dress, smocked bodice, ruffle detail on shoulder straps & POCKETS. Size is petite XS. Would be prefect for July 4th! Only worn once. Nothing wrong, I just prefer a little more coverage on shoulders these days. My loss, your gain! Will be listing same dress in different color ways shortly—all XS Smoke free, pet free home.
