Navy jogger in a medium. Bottom of the jogger is sewn on the sides (came that way) if you want them to come down the whole way you will have to remove the stitching. The waistband has a loose string- see pics of the close ups. It’s more cosmetic. Drawstrings to tighten the waistband.
