busickim @kbasara22 ooh that is a hard question to answer. I guess it depends. I think it is supposed to be a tight fit, at least that’s how my daughter wore it. Not sure why there aren’t measurements in the pic. Sorry about that. I can measure it tomorrow night and post the pics? I won’t be home til then.
