Abercrombie & Fitch ultra high waist, paper bag, jeans. Very gently worn sz 31.

Abercrombie and Fitch ultra high waist paper bag jeans with 14 inch rise. In the picture, the waist is not fully stretched out. It reaches 17 inches. There is only slight stretch to these however, I own somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 pair of jeans and Abercrombie is hands-down, my favorite. Excellent quality and excellent fit. These were very gently worn by my daughter maybe under a handful of times. There is one little snag as pictured.
