Navy, Red, floral print skirt from Abercrombie Kids. Three tiers of semi-sheer chiffon-like Polyester ruffles over 100% cotton lining in navy. Size M, equivalent to size 7/8 based on measurements. See photos for approximate measurements. Elastic waistband. No built in shorts. Skirt is in very nice condition. The only flaw is that part of the hem has come down on the front bottom hem. It is not noticeable and does not detract in any way from this skirts appearance. It is in easy fix if you have a sewing machine and it bothers you. My daughter wore it this way because we never noticed it. I carefully inspect everything that I list and found it then.
