@aas_0923 The sleeves are full length, but they might be a bit short if you're taller. I'm 5'3 and they go past my wrists. And yes there's shoulder pads

@aas_0923 they're sewn in, you can take it to a tailor to get them removed or do it yourself but you can't take them out and put them back in
