I bought this dress for a trip to Charleston, SC (only wore once). It is so beautiful and feminine! The bodice fits snuggly and the skirt flares out. The sleeves hit about mid-bicep. There are pockets on both sides (see photo). Non-smoking home but I do have a cat and a dog.
