@amylynnb35 I'm so sorry I missed your message! I would say this is gently used. It's a nice heavy weight with no holes or visible signs of wear or fraying. The zipper is beefy and runs nicely. The faux fur around the hood is a little matted (the way it tends to get), and it is missing the draw string for the hood.
