Abercrombie and Fitch Women's High-Neck Plisse Mini Dress

A comfortable dress that can be dressed up or down. Flowy and not tight. One of the loops for the belt has broken (please see photo 2), otherwise in great condition and only worn once. A size medium tall, but can be worn by any height, it just depends on how long you would like the dress.
