Size small dress from Abercrombie and Fitch. It has not stains and looks new! The cloth striped belt that matches the dress is not included because I do not have it. It has two string loops (visible in the pictures) to keep the belt on that's why I am disclosing that it is missing. It does run a bit smaller than normal. It does not have a zipper so it must be pulled on over your head.
