This is navy with blue stripes, has a clasp mid way to keep it closed and then a button and tie on the bottom to wrap around. Lace lining along the neckline. This is Viscose, so is an airy fabric that's lighter than cotton (good if you get hot or as spring comes in). Maybe worn once, looks brand new.
