vnugent I am in the midst of writing a book in which I’ve called “I choose not to be a sheep of society”! My Mum always knew I was the free spirits I was just myself. I was bullied a little bit in middle school and finally learned to really assert myself LOL wasn’t my fault the boys liked me LOL ha ha Ha. When you’re real and genuine and honest, it’s amazing how far in life you can get I have gained so much respect and appreciation for whom you are!

vnugent I will say I am very imperfect although a couple will argue that ha ha so I said I am perfectly imperfect!🙃🤪😇🌹 I absolutely love helping people and being a life coach is so rewarding as I have a methodology to introduce healthy happy habits that’s ultimately l helping to hear any internalized issues they may have held onto for many years And dump all the bad habits in the rubbish! To gain a good attitude and love for life! The words are endless as it helps my own confidence and self-esteem.
