The purse was received. I sent an email to the Poshmark Support Center for clarification about the rules. I should hear back from them on Monday or Tuesday.

@jordan5683 Hi, didn't want to get you involved until I heard back from Poshmark, wasn't sure what & how they would handle my case if at all. I don't know what they wrote you but, according to them, I will get a one time courtesy refund from Poshmark and do not need to return the item to you. So, I assume you were allowed to keep the purchase price they did'nt say. Yes, at least I hope so.

@jordan5683. When first received the handle on bag looked dirty but, that washes out. What I discovered (in sunlight) & explained to them was the bag strap had fine little light cream/beige tick mark's woven into the white of the strap fabric & not the purse fabric. It was a manufacturing error & the bag straps would always appear dirty to the purse. Never noticed in pics until after I new they existed.
