Hi, I'm Kayla! So you want to know a little about me? My husband and I live in Charlotte, NC and enjoy spending time outdoors. A few of my favorite things are Aldi everything bagels, weekend vacations and binging reality 'trash' tv. daniellabarron Hey! I’m confused about the case being closed. You have the options of a return of the whole bundle, or a refund of the jumpsuit only. I was asking what the refund on the jumpsuit would be so I could decide which option to go with, and now I see the case is considered resolved and there’s a shipping label.

traveledtrunkco @daniellabarron Ugh yeah I was afraid that would happen. Poshmark's support is super rigid with bundle cases and they usually have an all or nothing approach to returns which sucks in my opinion. I was so hoping that they'd at least be open to the idea of partial refund so you could just keep the items, but apparently not 🙃 Again, I'm so sorry my error caused a lose-lose here. It just sucks all around.

daniellabarron @travelingtrunk I reopened the case. It’s weird that they just closed it without us properly communicating. I haven’t had that happen before. The last time an item was delivered in a bundle not as described (damaged), I was able to get a refund and donate the item. Since that was an option offered, they should be fine with that. They’ve done it before. 🤷🏼‍♀️

traveledtrunkco @daniellabarron Great! Yeah it's beyond me why they just shut it down before I could even respond. They're really just mediators here and so I feel like they should honor whatever is worked out. Hopefully they'll be more sensible this time around. I'm more than willing to make things right!
