I saw you made a purchase and was wondering if you ever received your item or if you ever got in contact with her .. I LOVE THE DRESS and really really want it . kristenrog206 @xx1216 ugh she's frustrating! She did eventually get back to me saying she had put the wrong shipping label on it and it was being shipped back to her but I'm not sure. Looking through all of her sold listings it seems she struggles with timely shipping. I'm still crossing my fingers I get the dress it seems like eventually people do. It's a shame she has such a cute closet and I love her stuff but I won't be shopping with her again just because of her poor customer service. My purchase still says "in process" and I purchased over a week ago. Frustrating. I really wish you luck in getting your dress!

xx1216 @kristenrog206 hey doll ! Have you received your dress yet ? She finally responded and said the dress was packed up and ready to ship ... Yesterday . I tried to contact her yesterday partly to find out if she shipped and partly to remind her to ship and haven't heard back 😕 I never bother a seller to ship unless it's been over a week ( which only happened once ) it's super uncomfortable .. Just wanted to see if you had any luck 😃 hope all is well 💗

kristenrog206 @xx1216 I still haven't gotten in and it still says pending:/ she did say she was waiting for it to be returned to her because of the shipping label mix up but I asked her again yesterday if it had been returned and haven't heard anything. If it's not shipped within the next day or so I'm going to cancel. It's really disappointing I want the dress! And I'm usually really patient with other poshers but she's really just not a good seller:(

kristenrog206 @xx1216 I have something Saturday I was hoping to wear it too and I ordered it the 27th... Absolutely ridiculous. Saturday is the 12th! I sent her a notification and was contacted by posh saying she had told them she planned to ship. I contacted her yesterday asking for a status update and nothing😥 she's just so frustrating! I really hope everything works out soon I really don't want to cancel!

xx1216 @kristenrog206 so she canceled my order . After of course she said she shipped . I'm so incredibly disappointed and frustrated . I really can't believe after all that she has the audacity and gall to cancel the order after saying it shipped what a disappointment !

kristenrog206 @xx1216 I'm sorry that's awful! She's the worst. Absolute worst posher I've ever dealt with. I'm so sorry about not getting your dress! Mine still says in process even though she says she shipped Monday. She's a liar. Luckily it's thru posh so were protected but she's just awful.

xx1216 @kristenrog206 thanks honey . I'm over it , it's still upsetting but it's just a dress . I think when I first saw she canceled it I was so taken back that my first emotion was anger . I'm usually a real laid back person . So it's what it is I'm just going to order the dress from the website , they're having a sale and I'll get it for a decent price 💗 I hope your dress arrives it's really pretty ! Hopefully she doesn't sell your dress at her garage sale she'll be having the weekend that's she's advertising in her closet . Jeez ..

It's not that hard to ship something and it's not like you can get the money if you don't deliver because posh won't release it... It's never made sense to me. Oh well. I've pretty much given up hope she will ship. Or respond haha.

xx1216 @kristenrog206 I'm so sorry you won't be getting your dress 😕 it's such a shame . You're so right about dishonesty it ruins it for everyone else ! When I sell an item I'm super excited and mail it out right away ! Not only because of the cash but it's a fun experience for both parties ! It's better off she's deleting her closet so things like this won't happen to other unsuspecting potential buyers . What size are you ? I can tag you if I I find the dress in another closet or something similar if you'd like 💗
