Absolutely FABULOUS vintage black dress - LIKE NEW from the 40’s/50’s

This dress is absolutely spectacular! It’s in absolutely beautiful condition. Whether you wear it for Valentine’s Day or any other special occasion, you’ll be the most stylish woman in the room! Tag states it was made by the Int Ladies Garment Workers Union. States it’s a size 12 (vintage sizing) - I would say it’s more like an 8 based on waist measurements. See pictures for measurements.
