Absolutely gorgeous silk velvet dress (or tunic)

Deep blue silk velvet garment that can be worn as a dress (length is 32") or over pants. Ruching at the square neckline (the shape is so flattering!) and sleeves. Slight putt at the sleeves. Hits just above the elbow. Gorgeous silk velvet fabric - and gorgeous color. If I still fit into this, trust me - I would keep it. It's GORGEOUS. Would fit size 4-6.
