Absorba Vintage Blue and White Stripe Turtleneck size 9 Months NWT

Brand new with tags, never worn vintage turtleneck from Absorba. Baby boy size 9 months. Light blue and white stripes. Snaps at side neck for easy on and off over baby’s head. 2 small super tiny spots on front as shown in last photo; will probably come out - I didn’t try washing since it is NWT.
