Abstract black blouse

Abstract patterned black and white top, by Sera Nade New York. This is a 1x, size 16 type of top. It is sleeveless with a turtleneck ruffle at the top, its 92% polyester, 8% spandex, so it has some stretch. It’s a great top for interviews as its both bold yet subtle and modest. No rips or tears, I maybe only wore it a couple times.
