Abstract spring color print dress off the shoulder

This is what I wore to a baptism 3 years ago when my torso and arms were complimented by this dress. It is very colorful and it screams spring. I would wear this with a cute white cardigan and white shoes. The top part goes over the head and then you have to put your arms through the two side wholes.
